Peking Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops, about 1 inch thick

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  • Trim excess fat from pork chops.

  • Pour olive oil in large sauce

  • Lay pour chops in pan on medium heat

  • Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger and garlic in mixing bowl; pour mixture over meat.

  • Cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes.

  • Lay meat on bed of rice or noodles (your choice)

  • Pour sauce from pan on top and serve!

*Serve with whatever vegetable you would like. I did mine with a side serving of French style green beans seasoned with garlic. *

*Keep an eye on sauce in pan, if it thickens to much add 4 tbsp water*
