Peking Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Pork Chops, about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Trim excess fat from pork chops.
Pour olive oil in large sauce
Lay pour chops in pan on medium heat
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger and garlic in mixing bowl; pour mixture over meat.
Cover and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
Lay meat on bed of rice or noodles (your choice)
Pour sauce from pan on top and serve!
*Serve with whatever vegetable you would like. I did mine with a side serving of French style green beans seasoned with garlic. *
*Keep an eye on sauce in pan, if it thickens to much add 4 tbsp water*
